Meetings are open to the public.  The Zoning Board of Appeals is detailed in the Village of Jackson Municipal Code, sec. 2-182 and the powers and duties as prescribed in Wis. Stats. §62.23(7)(e).

Members

The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five members, made up of at large citizen members.  The members have staggered three-year terms.  All appointments are made by the village president, subject to confirmation of the Village Board, with terms beginning May 1st.
