Garbage Pick Up

Garbage is collected by GFL Environmental (Phone: 920-387-0987). Call the Department of Public Works at 262-677-0707 to find out what day your garbage is picked up.

2026 Village of Jackson Garbage and Recycling Schedule

Special 96-gallon containers are provided for garbage & recycling, and must be used. Garbage will be picked up every week, with recycling being picked up every other week on your scheduled garbage pick-up day. (See Recycle Schedule) Recycling is mandatory. Recycle Schedule - January 2026-April 2026.

Paper & Cardboard

Place papers in a brown paper grocery bag and put them in the recycling cart. Acceptable papers include Junk mail, phone books, magazines, catalogs, file folders, newspapers, newspaper inserts, notebooks, and box board (from cereal and cake mixes). Cardboard should be broken down to fit into the recycle cart.
